Shipping policy

1. Delivery


All orders are generally shipped within 48 hours.*


Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the buyer when placing their order. Once the order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent by email to the address indicated on the order by the buyer. The buyer can track their order at any time on the La Poste website.


* Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Subject to payment validation.


In mainland France (Colissimo)

Orders under €50

  • Collection point  "Point relais": €6
    Delivery within 2 to 3 days
  • Home delivery: €7
    Delivery within 2 to 3 days
  • To Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands:

    Orders under 50€

  • Home delivery: 9€
    Delivery within 2 to 8 days
  • To Austria, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Portugal:

    Orders under 75€

  • Home delivery: 12€
    Delivery within 2 à 8 days

For the moment, we only deliver to the following countries: mainland France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Portugal. We'll be opening up delivery to more countries very soon!


The delivery times offered on the website are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the destination. The website declines all responsibility for longer delivery times due to postal services or transportation methods.


Delivery Issues


In the event of a delivery delay beyond the stated delivery times due to the carrier, the buyer must first contact the carrier. In cases of significant delays, or non-receipt of an order indicated as "delivered" on the La Poste or Colissimo tracking, the buyer should contact us by sending an email to contact@reifynutrition.com. We will open a dispute or investigation file to trace the package.


In the event of a return to the Company due to non-receipt by the buyer, any new shipment will be subject to a shipping charge.


REIFY declines all responsibility for non-receipt of an order indicated as "delivered" on the postal tracking system or "delivered" on the Colissimo tracking system.


2. Returns


Customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns in the event of a quality issue or an error in REIFY SAS fulfilling your order.


If an item is damaged or you have a question, please contact us at contact@reifynutrition.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the affected products.

After evaluation and validation by our team, we will cover the return shipping costs, provide you with a prepaid label, and issue a replacement or refund.


REIFY SAS reserves the right to review any request on a case-by-case basis.
